Nadia joined TMC Marine in June 2012 as an Office Co-ordinator. Having taken a diversion in her career she found much interest in Health & safety, Environment and Quality Assurance. She was promoted in June 2018 to Asst QA Manager/Auditor. In 2021 another promotion followed to Quality Manager along with a extended role as CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Ambassador for a group of entities within the UK. 

Her current job duties include:inspecting procedures, outputs and identifying mistakes or non-conformity issues; monitor all operations that affect quality; accident records, safety alerts, investigations and analysis; organise and document internal audits and other quality assurance activities; coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers; collect and compile statistical quality and environmental data; identify training needs and organise training interventions to meet quality standards.
